Rustic Roots Salon will not be held responsible for soiled clothing.

 

Children

Client Information

​We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services.  If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of the original service. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right!  Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.​

 

Policies & Procedures


Discount Programs, Promotional Certificates/Contests, Coupons, Savings Vouchers, Website Specials etc., cannot be used in conjunction with each other or for prior purchases or services rendered. As of January 2016 we will no longer be excepting Own Ocean Cards.  GROUPON deals are for NEW CLIENTS and can only be redeemed once. Any Groupons redeemed may require additional payment based on expiration date or prior redemption. A certificate, coupon, voucher etc., must be presented before the expiration date. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates, coupons, etc

 

Rustic Roots Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and Cash.  Payment for services must be made prior to leaving the salon. 

 

Clothing

It is important that client records are kept and updated with current and accurate information. Your information is used to communicate necessary information to you. We email or text receipts, appointment reminders, emergency situation, and occasional promotions.  Please let your stylist know if you have any adverse reactions to chemicals, cosmetics &/or allergies, medical conditions, etc. we should be aware of. This information is vital to your safety in our salon. 
All clients will be informed of the condition, quality, any disorders and/or damage found in their hair or scalp (if any), in addition to any hair care regimens the stylist recommends. Rustic Roots Salon as a whole or in part, will not be responsible or liable if you choose not to adhere to these recommendations or acknowledge the analysis and condition of your hair and scalp. We will not be held responsible or liable when clients choose to use products or have hair services rendered outside of our salon. Rustic Roots Salon uses only the most professional products to promote healthy hair.  In order for us to guarantee our work, we do not use or encourage clients to bring their own products for services, other than (prescription products).  Any other products will only be used at the Management’s discretion. 

Gratuity

Payment

Please do not schedule appointments you cannot keep. You must notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time. We do realize that circumstances arise beyond our control and for that reason Rustic Roots Salon gives each guest a "second chance" the first time an appointment is canceled with less than  24 hours notice. However, the second time a guest cancels with less than 24 hours notice or is a no show; we must charge the late cancellation fee for the missed appointment. The full price of the service will be added in addition to your next service.

To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we ask that if you must bring your children to your appointment that they please be well behaved.  Children who are in the salon may never be left alone and must be supervised at all times by their parents.  Our stylist and salon staff have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of the child’s safety.  Rustic Roots Salon cannot be held liable for the supervision of children in the salon nor potential injuries or damages.


 

​Gratuity is not included in the price of services unless specified.  If you are satisfied with your service, a 10% to 20% tip is customary. Gratuity can not be charged on a credit card.
